The SRNC-FC submits challenges to the Subdivision election. Letter from DONE below:

Before the Election Challenge Panel is convened, DONE releases a 70 page report (below) about the challenges. The Panel (put together by DONE) is held at the Ron Deaton Civic Auditorium in Downtown Los Angeles.
