This is the last phase of a case that alleges BALLOT DESTRUCTION (evidence) and ELECTION INTERFERENCE by the City of Los Angeles’ Department of Neighborhood Empowerment (DONE) for the 2017 Skid Row Neighborhood Council Subdivision election.
